Terms of use

1. What OvenLaunch is
OvenLaunch ("Oven", "we") provides a website and open-source smart contracts on BNB Smart Chain that let anyone create ("bake") a token and trade tokens through PancakeSwap pools. The software is non-custodial: we never hold your funds or keys, and every transaction is signed by you in your own wallet and executed by public smart contracts.
2. Tokens are created by their creators
Tokens on Oven are created by independent users, not by Oven. Listing a token on this website is not an endorsement, recommendation or statement about its value, legitimacy or legality. Names, logos, descriptions and links are written by creators. Anyone can create a token with any name, including names that imitate real projects.
3. Your responsibility
- You are responsible for the tokens you create, the content you publish and the transactions you make, and for complying with the laws that apply to you, including tax laws.
- You must not use Oven where doing so is prohibited, if you are subject to sanctions, or to commit fraud, impersonate others, manipulate markets, launder money or publish illegal, infringing or abusive content.
- You are responsible for the security of your wallet, its recovery phrase and private keys. Transactions on a blockchain are final and can't be reversed.
4. Risks
- Tokens are highly volatile and illiquid assets. Their price can fall to zero, and you can lose everything you spend on them.
- Smart contracts, wallets, RPC providers, PancakeSwap and BNB Smart Chain can fail, be attacked or behave unexpectedly. Pair assets such as stablecoins can be paused or frozen by their issuers.
- Anti-sniper protections reduce but don't prevent automated trading. Displayed prices, charts and statistics can be delayed or wrong; check transaction details in your wallet before signing.
- Fees, protocol fees of third parties (such as PancakeSwap) and network fees apply and can change.
5. Moderation
The smart contracts are permissionless and we can't change or remove tokens. We may, at our discretion, hide tokens or content from this website, for example impersonations, scams or abusive content, without notice.
6. No advice, no warranty
Nothing on OvenLaunch is financial, investment, legal or tax advice. The website and software are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Oven and its contributors are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the website, the smart contracts or any token.
7. Changes
We may update these terms. Continuing to use OvenLaunch after a change means you accept the updated terms.
